FIRST SHOTS is a 2 hour class on the first Wednesday of each month to give new shooters a safe instructional environment to take their first shots with a firearm! The course focuses on Handguns, and it includes classroom time and range time.
New to shooting? Never held a gun before? Then this class is right for you!
The biggest challenge for new shooters is getting started. National Shooting Sports Foundation’s (NSSF) “First Shots” makes getting started in shooting very easy. At a First Shots seminar, you’ll receive an educational introduction to the safe and recreational use of firearms in a classroom setting, individual and group training, a rundown of shooting sports opportunities for all levels of interest, and a chance to give shooting a try! After completion of the class, you will have an opportunity to receive a $25 credit to Timberline Firearms.
