FIRST SHOTS is a 2 hour class on the first Wednesday of each month that will get you started on the right track in your firearm education! The course focuses on Handguns, and it includes classroom time and range time.
The biggest challenge for new shooters is getting started. National Shooting Sports Foundation’s (NSSF) “First Shots” makes getting started in shooting very easy. At a First Shots seminar, you’ll receive an educational introduction to the safe and recreational use of firearms in a classroom setting, a clear understanding of the local requirements for owning and purchasing a firearm, individual and group training, a rundown of shooting sports opportunities for all levels of interest, and a chance to give shooting a try! After completion of the class, you will have an opportunity to receive a $25 gift card to Timberline Firearms.
